The service “Interior design and decoration of residential buildings” contains the following sections:

  1. Creation of the design project, comprising the following steps:
    1. Development of the concept
    2. Co-ordination with sub-contractors of the projects regarding
      • Air conditioner
      • Ventilation
      • Heating
      • Water supply
      • Sewer system
      • Electrical system
      • Construction guidelines generation
      • Coordination of reconstruction
      • Project design and documentation
  2. Overseeing the implementation of the concept
  3. Completion and decoration of the object

Section I – Drawing up the concept (3 stage):

  1. First stage – elaboration of the provisional concept:
    1. Approval of the concept by the customer;
    2. Inspection of the object, measurements;
    3. Discussion and approval of reconstruction options;
    4. Discussion and approval of templates for the object, which serve to define the style and color of the interior;
    5. Preparation of tasks for subcontractors;
    6. Create an album with options for the project;
    7. Design of the object-related project:
      1. dimensional drawings;
      2. plan for partial dismantling;
      3. Installation plans for individual building trades;
      4. Plans of the premises after reconstruction;
      5. Layout of furniture (with its dimensions and numbering);
      6. provisional specifications;
      7. Layout of sanitary installations;
      8. ceiling plan;
      9. Layout of lamps and their groupings;
      10. plan of the arrangement of lighting bodies;
      11. Layout of the arrangement of electrical appliances and sockets;
      12. Floor plan;
      13. Planning of heated floors;
      14. Arrangement of intermediate walls;
      15. preliminary drawings of tailor-made products;
      16. preliminary specification of doors;
      17. object-related collages (fabrics, accessories, wall paints, decorative materials);
      18. Black and white sketches of premises.
  2. Second stage – “Development and coordination of subcontractors in the project”:
    1. Assignment to subcontractors for their preparation and own planning regarding:
      • Air conditioner
      • Ventilation
      • Heating
      • Water supply
      • Sewer system
      • Electrical system
      • Check the configuration (if necessary)
      • Creation of design drawings and calculations (if required)
      • Coordination of reconstruction
    2. Cost estimate for:
      • Materials for finishing work
      • Recessed lights
      • Plumbing and kitchen equipment
      • Door thresholds and frames
      • Doors
      • Baseboards
      • Tiles
      • Built-in furniture
      • Stairs
      • Fireplaces
      • Further planning work for project design (if necessary)
  3. Third stage – Realization of the project:

    Realization of the corrected final design project (A3/A2 album format) based on work projects of individual building trades (subcontractors) and specification of materials and equipment (furniture, plumbing, lighting, etc., Consisting of the following documents:
    1. dimensional drawings;
    2. plan to dismantle the intermediate walls;
    3. installation plans of building trades;
    4. plans of the premises after conversion with measurements;
    5. Layout of furniture (with their dimensions and numbering);
    6. Provisional specification;
    7. Layout of sanitary installations;
    8. Ceiling plan;
    9. Layout of lighting units and their grouping;
    10. Plan of the arrangement of lighting bodies;
    11. Layout of electrical equipment and sockets;
    12. Floor plan;
    13. Floor heating plan;
    14. Design of walls with decorative elements;
    15. Preliminary drawings of tailor-made products;
    16. Preliminary specifications of the doors;
    17. Object-related collages (fabrics, accessories, wall paints, decorative materials);
    18. Black and white sketches of premises
    19. Colored sketches of the most important rooms (watercolor or 3D)
    20. Specifications of articles, materials, manufacturers of design elements
    21. Plan drawings
    22. Drawings and specifications for manufacturers of furniture
    23. Evaluation of manufacturers’ offers

Section II – Monitoring the implementation of the design project:

  • Regular on-site visits (4-6 visits per month during working hours);
  • Advising on and monitoring of project implementation;
  • Logging of controls and checks
  • Identification of need for changes in the project

Section 3 – Scope and subject of decoration:

  1. Completion of the object:
    1. Determining and evaluating the best offers for objects and materials;
    2. Purchase of materials, furniture and decoration, as specified in the design specifications, and additional materials, at the order and at the expense of the customer;
    3. Changes in the specifications acc. objective circumstances (leakage of production, lack of availability and so on.);
    4. Checking suppliers specifications;
    5. Checking delivery dates and delivery volumes/ content.
  2. Decoration of the object:
    1. Preparation of acceptance (result is the subject of copyright for decorators). Taking pictures at the right angles and with the necessary material content;
    2. Decoration at detail level at visible points;
    3. procurement of decoration elements of the detail level (rent, loading, unloading, packaging, transport, secure storage);
    4. Organization of photo sessions.
